This Privacy Policy describes how Ali Taqi, doing business as TermLifeFlorida (FL Insurance License #W393613, "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://itsterminsuranceali.com or submit a quote request through this site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us. When you request a quote, we ask for your first name, last name, email, phone number, and optionally your date of birth, gender, tobacco use, height/weight range, and the coverage amount or term you're interested in. None of these fields are shared publicly — they're used to prepare your personalized quote.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data: IP address (truncated before storage where possible), browser type, pages you visit, referring URL, and UTM / click-ID parameters for ad attribution. We use cookies and local storage to remember your attribution, recover your form entry if a submission fails, and avoid showing you the same popup twice.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To contact you about the quote you requested (by phone, email, or text).
  • To compare carrier rates on your behalf and present policy options.
  • To measure which marketing channels bring us qualified prospects, so we can stop wasting money on channels that don't help real Florida families.
  • To prevent bot spam and abuse (via Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise).

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information for third-party marketing purposes.

3. Service Providers We Share Data With

To actually operate the site and deliver quotes, we pass limited data to a small set of vetted providers. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

  • AgencyBloc — our licensed-agent CRM, stores your quote request and our follow-up notes.
  • Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to our secure email inbox as a backup.
  • ZeroBounce — validates that the email you entered is real before we try to reach you.
  • Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — blocks automated bot submissions.
  • Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads — measures which traffic converts; IP is anonymized where supported.
  • Anthropic — powers the "Emma" chat assistant on this site. Chat transcripts are processed in real time and not used to train models.
  • Railway — our hosting provider for this site.
  • Slack — notifies Ali in real time when a new lead comes in so you get a prompt call back.

4. Data Retention

Quote requests and the follow-up notes we make on them are retained in AgencyBloc for as long as you remain an active prospect or client, plus a reasonable period after to satisfy regulatory recordkeeping requirements (typically 5 years for insurance-related records in Florida). You can ask us to delete your record at any time — see Section 6.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal information we have about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to our regulatory obligations.
  • Opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time (reply STOP or unsubscribe).

7. Changes to This Policy
