1. Who Operates This Site

2. Quotes Are Not Binding Offers

Every rate shown on this site — including the calculator result, the "$15/month" hero example, and any number we quote over phone or email — is an illustration, not a binding offer. Your actual premium is determined by the issuing carrier's underwriting process, which considers your age, medical history, tobacco use, occupation, hobbies, family history, and the carrier's current rate class definitions.

No policy is in force until the issuing carrier approves your application and you receive a policy document.

3. Independent Agent — Multiple Carriers

Ali is an independent licensed agent. He represents you to 10+ A-rated carriers, not any single insurance company. He is compensated by the carrier whose policy you select — typically as a one-time first-year commission and smaller renewal commissions in later years. This compensation is already reflected in the published carrier rates; you do not pay extra for working with an independent agent versus going direct.

4. No Warranty on Third-Party Content

Carrier logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Appearance on this site does not imply endorsement of Ali or this site by any carrier. Blog posts, calculators, and educational content are provided for general information only and should not be treated as financial, legal, or tax advice — talk to a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to submit false information through any form, attempt to scrape or overload the site, or attempt to impersonate any other person. We reserve the right to decline service to obvious bot or spam submissions.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
